Handled. is a managed website service operated by Blinkio Ltd, registered in England and Wales.

We provide website build, hosting, maintenance and related services as described on our website.

2. Services

The services provided depend on the plan selected:

• Starter – basic brochure website with hosting and maintenance
• Managed – ongoing updates and support
• Bespoke – custom services agreed separately

Full details are outlined on our website or confirmed in writing.

3. Changes and requests

• Changes included in your plan are handled by us
• Additional work outside your plan may be chargeable
• We reserve the right to decline requests that fall outside the agreed scope

4. Payment and pricing

• Prices are shown exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
• Services are billed monthly unless agreed otherwise
• A 12-month minimum term applies unless stated
• Failure to pay may result in suspension of services

5. Cancellation

After the minimum term, services continue on a month-to-month basis.

If you wish to cancel:

• You must give reasonable notice by email
• Any outstanding fees must be settled
• We will assist with a reasonable transition of your website

6. Ownership

• You own your website content
• You grant us permission to host and manage it while services are active
• If services end, we will provide access to your content where reasonably possible

7. Limitations of liability

While we take reasonable care to provide reliable services:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in the previous 12 months

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where unlawful.

8. Third-party services

We may use third-party providers (such as hosting or email services).
We are not responsible for failures outside our reasonable control.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

The latest version will always be available on our website.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
